“A certified lead paint risk assessor is allowed to interpret the results of lead paint inspections,” said Hubicki. “In addition, the assessor can conduct risk assessments to determine where lead hazards exist.”
The lead paint risk assessor course helps industry professionals to learn how to interpret an inspection report and develop a lead hazard control plan in this training rationale for determining the hazards posed by residential lead-based paint, evaluating and selecting appropriate abatement or interim control measures and developing a lead operations and maintenance plan.
